About Our Founder
Aashima Gupta, a recognized Digital Procurement Leader founded Sourcing Acumen with a vision to deliver sustainable impact for clients and meaningfully digitize procurement which resonates well to client use cases. Prior to this, she was Digital Procurement Leader at McKinsey & Company for ~12 years where she established Digital Sourcing and Category excellence service lines for the Firm. She has also worked at Nestle for ~3 years
She has experience executing 5000+ RFPs and e-Auctions delivering multi-billion dollar impact across clients utilizing industry leading platforms like Coupa, Keelvar, Jaggaer, Ariba, Workday. She developed unique approach to scale RFx Factory for clients and automate sourcing
She has diverse experience across All industries – (e.g : Retail, Life Sciences, AI, Consumer goods, Manufacturing, Healthcare) ; All major Indirect categories (e.g : MRO, Logistics, Packaging, Facilities Management, Travel, Uniforms) and Direct categories
